FAQs
Frequently asked questions
The things people ask us most about getting connected with Indigo.
What is Indigo Wholesale?
Indigo Wholesale is the wholesale arm of Indigo Internet (a trading name of AP Telecom Holdings Pty Ltd). We own and operate a regional fixed-wireless network and provide wholesale access to retail service providers, carriers and enterprise across South-East Queensland and NSW.
Who can become an RSP?
Any retail service provider, ISP or reseller who wants to offer internet in the areas we cover. Get in touch and we’ll qualify coverage for your customers and put a wholesale agreement in place.
What access types do you offer?
You can take a transparent Layer 2 handoff and run your own IP and routing, or a fully managed Layer 3 service where we handle the network for you. We’ll help you choose what suits your business.
Where do you have coverage?
Across regional and rural South-East Queensland and New South Wales, and we’re expanding. Because fixed wireless depends on line of sight, availability is confirmed by a service qualification at each address.
How long does onboarding take?
Once we’ve qualified coverage and a wholesale agreement is in place, we can typically get your first services provisioned in days rather than months.
How is support and fault management handled?
We provision, install and manage faults on the network, backed by a local wholesale team. You look after your customers under your own brand, and we look after the network.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Commercial terms are agreed as part of onboarding. Talk to our wholesale team and we’ll tailor an arrangement that works for your business.
How do I get pricing?
Wholesale pricing is provided as part of a commercial discussion. Get in touch with the areas or addresses you want to serve and we’ll put together the details.
